We know that to sell a house fast and retain as much of the market price as possible, a home needs to be "freshened". In the past that meant hiring multiple vendors, working on their schedules, and paying more than necessary. Not anymore!
Our Service begins with a comprehensive consultation with the seller to determine where to focus and budget for the best return, or "curb appeal". We then try to identify any items that may cause a delay in closing by the inspector and remedy them in advance. After a proposal is approved, our team concentrates on the home full-time to complete the project much faster and more efficiently than trying to schedule multiple companies.
